Return Process

  Log into your StrengthLab360 account and select the 'Order History' tab to submit a return request for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and equipment is in its original, unused condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
